MANILA, Philippines – Survivor just can’t get enough of the Philippines.

Just as the hit US reality show’s 25th season closed last week, it was announced that Survivor would again have its next season in Caramoan, one of the pristine islands in Camarines Sur, Bicol.

Survivor host Jeff Probst told Entertainment Weekly (EW) that the show’s latest season was again shot in Caramoan. This time, returning players will be pitted against firs timers in the ultimate battle to outwit, outlast, and outplay one another.

Caramoan has been a favorite site for various non-US Survivor franchises. The countries that have shot Survivor seasons in Caramoan include: Serbia, Israel, Bulgaria, Sweden, and France.

Probst said that in “Survivor: Caramoan”, the wet weather truly played an important role in the 26th season.

“We were in the water a fair amount for Philippines, but we’re in the water even more in Fans Vs. Favorites,” Probst told EW.

The latest season of Survivor will premier in the US on February 13, 2013 with returning members who include:
